Fees and Payments: Our fees are based on the usual and customary charges for this area. We make every effort to keep down the cost of your care, including the use of generic medications when we are confident in their quality. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard and Visa.
If your insurance is with a participating plan (see to the left) we will contact your company to check on the amount of your deductible and/or copayment. We cannot always get all your insurance information before or during your first visit. Therefore you may be asked to pay for your first visit and we will file insurance for future visits. Overpayments will be quickly and cheerfully refunded.
If you have insurance with which we DO NOT PARTICIPATE you will be given all the necessary claim information to file directly with your insurance company.
